Is camel or natural color with green dots, aged for 3 months and made from organic raw cashew nuts and Hemp seeds. This is one of our most popular aged cheeses. Made with absolutely no preservatives, stabilizers, artificial ingredients or additives of any kind.
Firm but creamy, mild flavor and slightly spicy, you can smear on crackers
or vegetables. Sharp. 100% dairy free, no gluten, no casein, no soy and lactose
