This cheese is light brown or beige in color with brown dots, aged for 3 months and made from organic raw cashew nuts and Brazil nuts. 

Brazil nuts have the highest natural source of the anti-cancer mineral Selenium - are also an incredible source of zinc, magnesium, thiamine, phosphorous, copper, and iron, plus heart-healthy monounsaturated oils, and booster amino acids – like methionine, arginine, and glutamine.

This cheese is firm, slightly nutty, and very rich.

It's low in fat, sodium, calories, zero cholesterol, high in iron and vegetable protein and made with absolutely no preservatives, stabilizers, artificial ingredients or additives of any kind.
